Summary
When the 20 years of Portugal’s accession to European Union are celebrated and when Portugal holds the Presidency of the Council of the European Union, Statistics Portugal, the European Commission Representation in Portugal and the European Parliament Office in Portugal, jointly present the publication entitled “Portugal 20 anos de Integração Europeia / Portugal 20 years of European Integration”.
This publication sets forth a set of indicators to easy and full apprehension, showing how Portugal has developed over the 20 years since its accession to the European Union and, whenever possible compares the country’s position towards EU-15 and EU-25 levels.
