The Statistical Yearbook of the Alentejo Region - 2000 is composed of three parts: Territory and Population, Economic activity and Social indicators, which correspond to the different aspects according to which this region can be characterized. The purpose of this publication focuses on the release of statistical information at infra-regional and especially municipality level.
