Inventory, up to the parish level, of the services network and collective facilities (public or private) to the population of several regions and its impact on their quality of life. We highlight the facilities of the following sectors: Transport and Communications, Education, Health, Social Protection, Culture, Sport and Leisure.

Also availbale a CD-ROM, published in 2004, which collects the information from the 6 editions of Facilities and support services to the population (CESAP), with information organised into 13 areas and broken down at the commune level, making possible to characterise the resident population¿s living standards, its needs for, and accessibilities to, a wide range of public and private goods and services, namely enabling to assess the degree of socio-economic dynamics of a commune or municipality and to know the average distances covered by populations in order to have access to equipment and services.
