Summary
In April 2010, the year-on-year change in new housing construction costs index on the mainland was 1.0 percentage points higher than the same rate in the previous month, standing at 3.2%.  The year-on-year rate of change in housing regular maintenance and repair price index on the mainland stood at 0.5%, decreasing 0.1 percentage points from March.
