Summary
In March, the year-on-year rate of change of services turnover was 4.0%, up by 3.7 percentage points from February. Employment and wages and salaries decreased by 1.3% and 0.9%, respectively, while hours worked rose 0.4%, also in year-on-year terms.
In the 1st quarter of 2010, the year-on-year rate of change of services turnover was 1.1% (-7.1% in the 4th quarter of 2009).
