The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €1,550 per square meter in January 2024, €14 more than in the previous month (an increase of 0.9%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 4.4% (5.3% in December 2023). It should be noticed that the number of bank appraisals decreased by 2.0% compared to the previous period to around 28.9 thousand, 30.8% more than reported in the same period of the previous year.
