Summary
In the second quarter of 2007 more than 11,000 building permits were licensed, and more than 6,500 buildings were completed. These figures represent annual negative changes of 10.0% and 11.7%, respectively.
From the previous quarter, the number of building permits decreased by 2% and of completed buildings by 21%.
