Summary
In September 2007 the year-on-year change in Industry turnover stood at -0.5%, slowing down by 3.5 percentage points (p.p.). This change was determined by the slowness in sales for both markets, domestic and external, particularly in the last one. Also on a year-on year base, employment and hours worked (working day adjusted) decreased 0.8% and 2.0%, respectively, while wages rose by 1.0%.
