Summary
In June 2009 the seasonally adjusted index for retail trade turnover at constant prices registered a year-on-year growth rate of -0.5% (-2.7% in May). Employment and the number of hours worked, adjusted for working days, presented year-on-year growth rates of -2.1% and -3.7%, respectively. The year-on-year growth rate of wages and salaries was 5.5%.
