Summary
In the third quarter of 2007 more than 11,000 building permits were licensed, and more than 6,600 buildings were completed. These figures represent annual negative changes of 8.9% and 16.1%, respectively.From the previous quarter, the number of building permits decreased by 3.1% and of completed buildings by 17.2%.
