Summary
In February 2009 the seasonally adjusted index for retail trade turnover at constant prices registered a year-on-year growth rate of -4.8% (-0.1% in January). Employment and wages and salaries presented year-on-year growth rates of 0.2% and 3.8%, respectively. The year-on-year growth rate of the number of hours worked, adjusted for working days, was -0.5%.
