The new orders in construction index diminished in the fourth quarter of 2015, moving from a change rate of 6.6% in the third quarter to -8.1%. This performance was determined by the Civil Engineering sector index which moved from a change rate of 21.4% in third quarter to -25.4% in the following quarter. The Building Construction index presented a year-on-year change rate of 10.5% (-12.8% in the previous quarter).
