The average value of housing bank appraisals in Portugal stood at €1006/sq meter in November, down by 0.8% from the value observed October. The year-on-year rate was -1.2% (-0.5% in October). In Lisboa Metropolitan Area the average value decreased 1.0% while in the Porto Metropolitan Area this value increased 0.5%. The year-on-year change rates for these Metropolitan Areas were -1.8% and 3.2%, by the same order.
