In the 1st quarter of 2014 the number of building permits decreased by 4.1%, when compared with the 1st quarter of
2013 (-15.9% in the 4th quarter of 2013), settling at 4.0 thousand buildings. The number of completed buildings
decreased by 36.5% (-37.6% in the 4th quarter of 2013) reaching 3.4 thousand buildings.
Vis-à-vis the previous quarter, the number of building permits increased by 0.9% (-1,2% in the 4th quarter of 2013)
while completed buildings decreased by 23.2% (-4.7% in the 4th quarter of 2013).
