The year-on-year change rate of the New Housing Construction Cost Index, in the Mainland, stood at 1.5% in December, decreasing by 0.5 percentage points compared with the rate observed in November. The annual change rate of the Housing Regular Maintenance and Repair Price Index stood at 2.5% in December, 0.3 percentage points lower than the rate observed in the previous month. The average change rate of the New Housing Construction Cost Index was 1.8% in 2012 (1.5% in the previous year) and for the Housing Regular Maintenance and Repair Price Index it was 2.6% (3.2% in 2011)
