Summary
Building permits underlined the downward trend in the second quarter of 2012. The number of building permits registered an annual average reduction of 13.3%, settling at 5 200 buildings. All the observed variables registered the lowest figures since the 1st quarter of 2001.
The number of completed buildings increased by 0.9%, settling at 6 200 buildings. Vis-à-vis the previous quarter, the number of building permits declined by 7.5% and completed buildings decreased by 12.5%.
