Summary
The year-on-year change rate of the Industrial Production index was -5.8% in March, up by 1.4 percentage points from the previous month. Manufacturing Industry year-on-year change rate was -3.3% (-2.9% in February). In the first quarter of  2012, the aggregate index decreased 6.2% comparing with March 2011 (in the previous quarter, this change rate was -4.4%).
