Summary
The year-on-year change rate of the new housing construction costs index on the Mainland was 2.4% in May (2.2% in the previous month). The annual change rate of the price index of regular maintenance and repair of housing was 1.9% in May, down by 0.6 percentage points from the rate observed in April.
