In July 2008, hotel activity registered 4.5 million of overnight stays, accounting for a year-on-year downturn of 2.5%, compared with July 2007. Residents and non residents contributed with decreases of 3% and 2.3%, respectively.Total income from hotel activity reached 220.9 million euro and income from hotel occupancy 156.7 million euro, corresponding to year-on-year changes of 0.8% and 1.6%, respectively.
