According to results from the 2011 edition of the survey on Information and Communication Technologies in Hotel Establishments, 87% of hotel establishments use computer, 78% have a broadband Internet connection and 87% have an online presence. In 2010 the proportion of establishments that made bookings through the Internet reached 74%.
