Summary
In July, the average value of housing bank appraisals in Portugal fell 1.2% compared with the previous month, standing at €1114/sq. meter. The year-on-year change rate was -4.1% (-2.8% in the previous month). In the Lisboa and Porto Metropolitan Areas, the average value also decreased when comparing with the previous month, by 1.3% and by 0.7%, respectively. The year-on-year change rates for these Metropolitan Areas were -5.6% and -6.5%, respectively.
