Summary
In June, the average value of housing bank appraisals in Portugal stood at €1128/sq. meter, down by 1.8% from May and 2.8% on the year-on-year change (in the previous month the same rates were respectively, -0.4%.and -2.0%) . In Lisboa and Porto Metropolitan Areas the average value decreased 1.5% and 2.0%, compared with the last month. The year-on-year change rates for these Metropolitan Areas were -4.7% and -4.5%, respectively.
