Summary
The average value of housing bank evaluation in Portugal stood, in May 2011, at €1149/sq. meter, down by 0.4% from April. The year-on-year change rate was -2.0%. In Lisboa and Porto Metropolitan Areas the average value decreased 0.4% and 1.4%, respectively. The year-on-year change rates for these Metropolitan Areas were -3.7% and  4.6%, by the same order.
