Comparing with the previous month, the change rate was 1.1%, whereas the year-on-year change rate was -1.8%. In Lisboa and Porto Metropolitan Areas the average value grew 0.2% and 0.7%, respectively. The year-on-year change rates for these Metropolitan Areas were -3.2% and -3.8%, in the same order.
