Summary
The average value of housing bank appraisals in Portugal stood at €1104/sq meter in September. The monthly and annual rates of change were -0.1% and -3.2%, respectively, up by 0.7 percentage points (p.p.) and 0.8 p.p. from the observed in August. In Lisboa and Porto Metropolitan Area the average value grew 0.1% and 0.7%, respectively. The year-on-year change rates for these Metropolitan Areas were -4.6% and -3.8%, by the same order.
