Summary
In January, the average value of housing bank appraisals in Portugal increased 0.2% comparing with December, corresponding to an average value of €1133/sq. meter. The annual change rate was -3.3%. In the Lisboa Metropolitan Area the average value grew 0.2% from the previous month and in Porto Metropolitan Area decreased by 1.1%. The year-on-year change rates for these Metropolitan Areas were -2.7% and -4.6%, respectively.
