Summary
In December, the average value of housing bank appraisals in Portugal stood at €1131/sq. meter, identical to value observed in November. The year-on-year change rate was -3.2%. When compared with November, the change rates for Lisboa and Porto Metropolitan Areas were -0.1% and -0.9%, respectively.
