The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €1,596 per square meter in April 2024, €16 more than in the previous month (an increase of 1.0%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 7.0% (6.5% in March 2024). It should be noticed that the number of bank appraisals increased by 4.4% compared to the previous period to around 31.9 thousand, 49.9% more than reported in the same period of the previous year.
