Timor-Leste - Phase 3 (2014/2015)
Ao abrigo da Fase 3 do “Programa de Capacitação Estatística dos SEN dos PALOP e Timor Leste” realizaram-se, entre
outubro e dezembro de 2015, múltiplas ações de cooperação, nos seguintes projetos:

of the Training Programme for the National Statistical Systems of the Portuguese-speaking African Countries and Timor-
Leste, in the following projects:
Visita de Trabalho do INE Moçambique (INE-MZ), entre 12 e
16 de outubro. No âmbito desta ação deslocaram-se ao INE
Portugal as técnicas Alda Rocha e Sónia Catequete, que foram
acolhidas pelas equipas do Serviço Jurídico e Contencioso e do
Secretariado do Conselho Superior de Estatística.
Study visit fromMozambique National Statistical Institute (INE-
MZ), between 12 and 16 October. The participants Alda Rocha
and Sónia Catequete were hosted by the Statistics Portugal
Legal Unit team and by representatives of the Statistical
Council Secretariat.

Missão de assistência técnica ao INE S. Tomé e Príncipe (INE-
STP), entre 18 e 23 de novembro. Maria de Fátima Neves e Ana
Dulce Pinto, do Serviço Jurídico e Contencioso, deslocaram-se
a São Tomé, onde prestaram consultoria e deram formação
na área de apoio institucional. As sessões de formação foram
particularmente inclusivas, tendo abrangido um total de vinte e
um técnicos da instituição. Salienta-se ainda a participação da
Diretora-Geral do INE S. Tomé e Príncipe, Elsa Cardoso.
Technical assistance mission to Sao Tome and
Principe National Statistical Institute (INE-STP),
from November 18 to 23. Maria de Fátima Neves
and Ana Dulce Pinto, from the Legal Unit technical
team, provided consulting services and training in
Sao Tome, in the institutional area. The training
sessions were particularly inclusive, covering a total
of twenty-one technicians from INE-STP. The presence
and engagement of INE-STP Director-General, Elsa
Cardoso, was also one of the highlights of this mission.
