Entre junho e julho, o INE de Portugal acolheu duas
visitas de trabalho do INE de Cabo-Verde. Na primeira, a
delegação cabo-verdiana, composta por representantes
do INE, do Conselho Superior de Magistratura Judicial e
da Procuradoria-Geral da República, procurou conhecer
como se processa a delegação de competências na
área das Estatísticas da Justiça em Portugal. A visita
foi assegurada pelo Departamento de Estatísticas
Demográficas e Sociais, responsável no INE-PT por esta
matéria. A segunda visita incidiu sobre recursos humanos
(recrutamento e seleção, planeamento, avaliação de
desempenho e gestão integrada). O Departamento
de Recursos Humanos do INE-PT procurou atender a
necessidades elencadas pelo INE-CV (representado por
Adilson Penha), no contexto do esforço de dinamização
desta área no INE de Cabo Verde.
Between June and July, Statistics Portugal hosted two
study visits fromNSI Cabo Verde (INE-CV). In the first visit,
the Cape Verdean delegation (from the NSI, the Supreme
Judicial Council and the Attorney General’s Office) aimed
at understanding the process of delegation of statistical
functions in the area of justice, in Portugal. The visit was
hosted by the Social Statistics Department, responsible
for this matter at Statistics Portugal. The second visit was
focused on human resources (recruitment and selection,
planning, performance assessment and integrated
management). The Human Resources Department of
Statistics Portugal sought to meet the specific needs of
INE-CV (represented by Adilson Penha), in the context
of the efforts to make this area more dynamic at NSI in
Cabo Verde.
