Foi também realizado trabalho prático de preparação para
a VII Conferência Estatística da CPLP e de identificação de
novas prioridades para o segundo programa multilateral
de Capacitação Estatística. Foram neste âmbito
identificados os temas da agenda da Conferência e
delineados os primeiros passos para o seu lançamento.
No contexto da elaboração de um novo Programa da CPLP
foram acordadas algumas diretrizes orientadoras para a
sua instrução, nomeadamente: a aposta na Cooperação
Sul-Sul, a abertura a novos projetos e a integração da
componente formativa.
Destaca-se ainda a aprovação do Manual de Boas Práticas
de Cooperação Estatística na CPLP. Esta publicação,
digital e dinâmica, beneficiará dos contributos de todos
os parceiros, visando aumentar a eficiência e eficácia
dos REC-CPLP. Foi igualmente acordada a criação de uma
plataforma online que dotará o grupo da cooperação de
um instrumento permanente de comunicação, bem como
de partilha de documentação.
O evento caracterizou-se por um importante espírito de
entreajuda e cooperação, contribuindo para estreitar os
laços de amizade que unem as instituições participantes.
Practical work regarding the preparation of the VII CPLP
Statistical Conference, as well as the identification of new
priorities for the second Statistical Training Programme,
was also a major part of the Workshop. The participants
selected the themes for the Conference agenda and
outlined the first steps for the launching of the event. In
relation to the drafting of a new CPLP Programme, some
guidelines were agreed upon by the participants, namely:
a commitment to South-South Cooperation, the inclusion
of new projects and of a vocational training component.
Another important point was the approval of the
Handbook on Good Practices in Statistical Cooperation.
This publication, dynamic and digital, will benefit from
the contributions of all partners and aims to increase the
efficiency and effectiveness of the REC-CPLP. The creation
of an online platform was also agreed upon. This platform
will provide the cooperation group with an important
instrument of communication, as well as information and
documentation sharing.
The event was characterised by a beneficial spirit of
partnership and cooperation, helping to strengthen the
ties of friendship between the participating institutions.
