Estágios no âmbito do programa IPA
IPA Traineeships
O INE tem vindo a acolher, ao longo dos últimos anos, no
âmbito do programa IPA (Instrumento de Assistência Pré-
Adesão), estágios destinados a países do alargamento que
pretendem estudar com maior profundidade o
funcionamento do Sistema Estatístico Europeu. A
experiência emambiente de trabalho visa proporcionar as
devidas ferramentas para contribuir para o progresso, na
área estatística, no âmbito dos processos de adesão dos
países candidatos e potenciais candidatos.
A ação mais recente neste contexto foram os estágios
organizados entre 19 de janeiro e 19 de junho de 2015,
para dois técnicos: Belma Mesihovic (Bósnia e
Herzegovina), na área de Data Warehouse e Damjan
Miladinovic (Sérvia), na área de Infraestrutura
Tecnológica. Os técnicos tiveram como mentores os
colegas SóniaQuaresma eMarcoMoura, respetivamente.
Segundo os testemunhos dos participantes, tanto
estagiários como mentores, a experiência foi bastante
positiva, tanto do ponto de vista profissional como
humano.
Over the last few years, Statistics Portugal has been a
hosting institution to several traineeships within the IPA
(Instrument of Pre-Accession Assistance) Programme.
These traineeships are intended for enlargement countries
willing to engage in a deeper understanding of the
functioning of the European Statistical System (ESS). The
experience in the workplace aims to provide the necessary
tools to contribute to progress, in the area of statistics, as
part of the accession process of candidate and potential
candidate countries.
The most recent cooperation activities within this
framework were the traineeships organised between
January 19th and June 19th for two trainees, namely
Belma Mesihovic (Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and
Herzegovina), in Data Warehouse, and Damjan
Miladinovic (Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia), in
Technological Infrastructure. Their mentors were,
respectively, SóniaQuaresma andMarcoMoura.
According to their statements, trainees and mentors alike,
this was a very positive experience, both professionally
and personally.
