The publication Construction and Housing Statistics - 2024 provides a wide range of indicators on construction and housing in Portugal.

From the set of information now available, we highlight the indicators on Completed Construction Works and Building Permits in 2024. It also includes information on the housing market and commercial properties, namely: sales of residential dwellings; prices evolution and house prices at local level (based on fiscal administrative data); values of housing bank appraisals; house rental values at local level; construction costs evolution and commercial property price index. 

Data are disseminated with a geographical breakdown to NUTS 3 level, for almost all variables, and there are data with a more refined geographical breakdown available on database at the website.
