The Portuguese Food Balance Sheet (BAP) is an analytical instrument of statistical nature that measures food consumption from the point of view of food supply. It is expressed in daily supplies per inhabitant, translated into calories, proteins, carbohydrates, fats and alcohol. In this edition, the information for the period 2016-2020 is updated.
