Summary
In the second quarter of 2006, approximately 12,000 building permits were licensed and around 6,000 buildings were completed.
These figures represent annual negative changes of 5.0% and 26.6% respectively. From the previous quarter, the number of building permits decreased by 4.2% and of completed buildings by 19.4%.
