Services turnover index, in nominal terms and adjusted for calendar and seasonal effects, presented a year-on-year rate of change of 6.2%, up by 2.6 percentage points (p.p.) from the rate observed in May 2024.
In the 2nd quarter of 2024, the index registered an increase of 4.0% compared to the same period in 2023 (4,7% in the previous quarter).
The monthly rate of change of the total index was -0.3% in June (3.1% in the previous period).
The indices of employment, wages and salaries and number of hours worked adjusted for calendar effects presented year-on-year rates of change of 3.3 %, 6.7% and -0.8%, respectively (compared to 4.5%, 11.1% and 0.1% in May).
