The trade turnover index registered a year-on-year rate of change of 4.8% in September (5.4% in the previous month). Retail sales grew by 5.2% (5.4% in the previous period), while wholesale trade increased by 4.2% (6.7% in August).

In the 3rd quarter of 2024, the year-on-year rate of change was 4.2% (3.6% in the previous quarter).

The indices of employment, wages, and hours worked adjusted for calendar effects showed year-on-year variations of 1.1%, 6.9% and 0.9% in September (1.4%, 6.8% and -0.2% in the previous month), respectively.
