Services turnover index, in nominal terms and adjusted for calendar and seasonal effects, presented a year-on-year rate of change of 5.6%, decelerating by 1.3 percentage points (p.p.) from the rate observed in March.

The month-on-month change rate of the total index was -0.8% in april (0.1% in previous period).

The indices of employment, wages and salaries and number of hours worked adjusted of calendar effects presented year-on-year rates of change of 4.3%, 11.0% and 3.5%, respectively (4.7%, 12.8% and 6.6% in March).
