The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €1,483 per square meter in March 2023, €5 more than in the previous month (an increase of 0.3%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 11.4% (12.5% in February 2023). It should be noticed that the number of bank appraisals reported in the current period rose to around 21.5 thousand, 32.4% less than reported in the same period of the previous year and 34.6% less than last May, month where it achieved its maximum observations.
