Summary
In the first quarter of 2006, 45.4% of Portuguese householdshad access to a computer, 35.2% had Internet access at home and 24% had broadband access to the Internet at home. In the same period, 42.5% of individuals aged 16-74 used the computer and 35.6% used the Internet. These are some of the main results of the Survey on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Usage in Households and by Indivuduals for 2006.
