Summary
In February 2006 the new housing construction cost index in the mainland maintained a year-on-year change of 3.6%. The year-on-year rate of change in the housing regular maintenance and repair price index in the mainland was 4.3%, i.e. 0.5 p.p. higher than in the previous month.
