Summary
In spite of disparities in their population size, cities (in general) have different specifications vis-à-vis the rest of the territory. Compared with the national values, cities report more dynamism at the level of the crude rate of natural increase, a lower illiteracy rate, increased participation in higher education and a higher unemployment rate.
