Summary
In July the Business Climate Indicator deteriorated for the fourth consecutive month, reaching the minimum level since February 2004. In sectoral terms, the confidence levels did only not deteriorated in construction and public works, weakening in services, trade and manufacturing industry. The Consumer Confidence Indicator deteriorated further in July, more markedly than in the previous month, to reach its lowest level since September 2003.
