Increase in hotel occupancy (1.2%) and income (0.5%)

In November 2004 overnight stays in hotels rose by 1.2%, when compared with the same month of the previous year. This rise was determined by the monthly positive year-on-year change in overnight stays by non-residents (4.5%), while residents had a negative monthly year-on-year change (-4.5%).
Income from hotel occupancy increased year-on-year by 0.5%, whereas total income declined by 2.0%.
