In December, construction costs for new residential buildings are estimated to have increased by 2.0%, 0.3 percentage points lower than in November. For the same month, the price of materials and labor costs rose 0.6% and 3.9%, respectively. In 2019, new housing construction costs increased 2.1% (2.3% in 2018).
