The average value of bank appraisals on housing reached the €1,150 per square meter in December, €6 more than in the previous month. This represents a 0.5% increase in relation to November and a year-on-year growth rate of 4.5%.
For 2017, the average value of housing bank appraisals was €1,127 per square meter, up by 5.0% when compared with the result observed in the previous year.
