The index of production in construction increased 0.9% in the quarter ending in January 2017, in year-on-year terms (3 months moving average, working days and seasonally adjusted) up by 1.8 percentage points from the rate observed in December.
Employment and wages and salaries indices registered year-on-year change rates, respectively, of 2.9% and 0.8% (0.7% and -2.2% in the previous month).
