In 2015 the agricultural activity point out record productions, namely tomato for processing (1.8 million tons, the highest in 30 years), sunflower (24,700 tons, the highest record since 2000) and olive oil (1.19 million hectoliters, the third-largest record of the last hundred years). The production of milk, eggs and meat also increased. The agricultural activity income increased by 3.5%.
