The new orders in construction index presented a year-on-year increase of 20.7% in the second quarter of 2016 (change rate of 30.6% in the previous quarter). This less intense performance was determined by the Civil Engineering which moved from a change rate of 49.3% in the first quarter of 2016, to 14.6% in the following quarter. The Building Construction sector index presented a year-on-year change rate 26.2% (17.2% in the previous quarter).
