The index of production in construction decreased by 3.7% in the quarter ending in August 2016, in year-on-year terms (3 months moving average, working days and seasonally adjusted), up by 0.3 percentage points from the rate observed in July.
Employment and wages and salaries indices registered year-on-year change rates respectively of -3.0% and -3.6% (-3.1% and -5.5% in July).
